Let's face it, we're not all Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee. In a real fighting situation, are you going to be somersaulting your way to attack your offender? Not likely. This website is provided to give you insight into the EBMAS system of practical self-defense, a system that can be successfully practiced by anyone regardless of their size.
You will find information about EBMAS and the martial arts classes that we offer. You will also be introduced to the instructors and some of the benefits individuals receive as a result from learning EBMAS Wing Tzun and Latosa Weapon System.
